Why Should We Take Biotin Gummies?

"Today is your day, to start fresh, to eat right, to train hard, to live healthily and to be proud."
I grow up being used to not take medicines when I am sick.
I usually do the natural way, but as I grow older, I realized that even I don’t like to take medicines, I still need to though I am quite picky at times especially if the medicine tastes bad.
Not until I found @watsonsph Biotin Gummies for Adults which has Amino Acid and Lecithin.
Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin that is generally classified as one of the B complex vitamins and is obtained through dietary sources as well as through gut bacteria.
Biotin is an essential component of cell growth and replication through the manufacture of DNA and RNA and has also been shown to help with glucose tolerance.
Biotin is used for preventing and treating biotin deficiency associated with pregnancy, long-term tube feeding, malnutrition, and rapid weight loss.
It is also used orally for hair loss, brittle nails, skin rash in infants (seborrheic dermatitis), diabetes, and mild depression.
Biotin is a safe and nontoxic vitamin. It has not been associated with any serious side effects, even in large doses.
Biotin is likely safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
When taken appropriately and by mouth, Biotin is likely safe for most people. Biotin is well tolerated when used at recommended dosages. It is possibly safe when injected into the muscles and used appropriately.
There is no clear information that medications interfere with the way biotin works.
There are also no known interactions between biotin and herbal medicines or other supplements.
Always talk to your doctor before using any new drug or supplement.
I am happy that it tastes like blueberry and no bitter taste at all!
