How to Cope with Changes in your Life

"The only permanent thing in this world is change."
Adulting life is very hard, let's take a moment of silence with that.
You pay your bills, your family bills, your sister's & brother's school fees, your child's needs and a lot more.
And that's just very exhausting!
Sometimes we wish that we just go back in time wherein life is simple and things are not that complicated.
But that's not the way it goes.
It can be scary and stressful but we need to embrace changes as an adult because if not, we will be left hanging.
Well, to lighten up the topic, changes can also be good for you.
So for today, I would like to share with you on how to cope with changes in your life:
1) NEW OPPORTUNITIES
When they say changes, it gives new great opportunities.
The initial reaction when you said changes is that it's unfortunate or unfair and usually people resent or refuse the changes.
What we need to do is to embrace change and seize the opportunities, and in the end, you'll find out that it actually works for you and it opens new things in our life.
2) PAST IS PAST
In order for you to move on and embrace the opportunities, we should live the past behind.
Thinking about our past mistakes is just making us unhappy and unproductive.
Let's just be prepared for the worst that can happen and strive for the best.
3) KNOWING YOURSELF
This just means knowing and listening to what yourself needs.
It means understanding what kind of life you want to live and pursue.
In that, we can make great choices when change come or changes occur.
4) FOCUS
During this times, your family, friends and loved one's support are the most important.
Don't be shattered to the changes that happen but instead focus on what's more important and matter in your life.
5) ACCEPTANCE
As what I state on my first line of the blog post that change is the only permanent thing in this world and it's very constant.
The truth is that there's no stability in life.
Every day there's always something that changes particularly in our fast pacing world and even time changes so fast.
Remember that there will be low and high in your life and that will not be as permanent as you expected.
If you accept that nothing stays forever including yourself, you will be less likely to expect anything about life.
