The Sportsman’s Arms concept is an American-Irish gastropub with a very informal atmosphere. It’s the place where you can sip on fine imported beers, specialty Whiskies & Bourbons or maybe a glass of chilled crisp Californian Chardonnay.
Serving a great mix of classic and contemporary dishes with Irish and American influences such as Irish Stew, Shepherds Pie, BBQ grills and laid back cups & bowls along with our traditional roast every Saturday & Sunday. (c)
Last month, I was invited for a bloggers meet at The Sportman's Arms Bar and Restaurant located at Zayed Sports City Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Just a 20 minutes drive from the city.
The place looks relaxing and you can view the tennis court just right outside the window.
It is perfect for people who love to drink and go and relax a bit.
We had a Classic Caesar Salad at first.
The vegetables are fresh and taste good.
Then we had Beef Tartare as an appetizer.
It has capers, worcestershire, fresh herbs and dijon.
It taste fine but not really a fan of raw beef which i think is not safe to eat.
Next is Cripsy Calamari as an appetizer which i loved the most.
The taste is closer to my taste buds.
After wards, we had a Seafood Pizza that taste good.
It has King Prawns, Squid , Mussels & Cherry Tomatoes on it.
What I love about it is the crispiness of it's crust.
As we are only opt for one main course, I choose USDA Black Angus Burger with Fries.
The juicy beef patty makes it more appetizing.
The fries taste good as well as it taste like real potato.
My best friend choose New York Strip as her main course.
It is a Beef Strip on side with Grilled Tomato & Mushroom, and Handcut Chips.
I had the chance to taste it as well, and it taste so good like I want to switch food with her. ahhaha.
We enjoyed the food mostly the main course over the night with a good vibe music.
When it comes to my outfit, I make sure to make it comfy and relax upon attending this event.
You never go wrong with Stan Smith of course.

They put up TV for people to watch their favorite sports too.
They served Chocolate Brownie with Pistachio Ice cream to finish the meal.
The brownie is so soft and chewy and makes me want it more.
Haven't i mentioned that they are licensed to sell liquors to customers 21 years old and above?
To end my night, they served me a non alcoholic juice to try it on.
It looks thirst quenching though.
The event went well though we departed early since I have a work early next day.
